Emilie Inzana

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) | MACP

Many children, youth, parents, and families come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to cope, and uncertain about where to turn for validation and support. They may struggle to understand their emotions, feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or feel pressure to “have it all together” before seeking support.

I take a holistic, individualized, and person-centred approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are and working at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. I value collaboration and tailor the therapeutic process to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard, validated, and genuinely supported, and allow you and your child to build confidence, develop effective coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity and ease.

Experience: I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. I have over 3 years of experience working in psychotherapy, along with over a decade of experience supporting children and youth across a variety of settings. This background has helped shape a compassionate, developmentally informed approach to therapy that recognizes the importance of emotional safety, trust, and connection.
