The worlds of digital technology and child development are incredibly complicated. Parents are in a position where they must navigate both. This is a book I’ve come across that helped me as a therapist and parent. Author Michael Rich is a pediatrician at the Boston Children’s Hospital, where he runs the Digital Wellness Lab, and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. He is an expert in both worlds, and this book is a great map for those looking to learn more about parenting in the digital age.
